Jocelyn Gaboriault explains that in June 2026, Holliston Lions donated $500 to Friends of Cole Court, $2,117 to the Holliston Pantry Shelf in paper towels & SNAP meals, $750 to the Holliston Music & Arts Parents Assoc., $500 to the Friends of Holliston Library, $900 to the Holliston Senior Support Fund, $507 in gift cards to HYFS, $100 to Holliston Youth Lacrosse, $100 to Holliston Youth Track, $6,000 to the Holliston Elderly and Disabled Tax Relief Fund and $17K in scholarships to Holliston High School students.

Knights of Columbus Council #14224 made several generous donations including, shown, $5,000 to Homes for Our Troops, $5,000 to the Doug Flutie Foundation, $3,000 to the O’Connell House, and a whopping $15,000 to the Holliston Pantry Shelf. Coming up October 10, they’ll be conducting their tootsie roll drive, 10-1 at Fiske’s and Superette as well as after St. Mary’s Masses.

The annual chili contest is always a Celebrate Holliston favorite.

Lamont Plumbing & Heating’s booth was a popular, with visitors to the booth attempting to sink a toilet paper into the loo to “flush for food.” In the end, the company donated $575 to the Holliston Pantry Shelf.
