I appreciate the statistic but to complete the picture you should include how much Mass Save took in from all the residents who did not benefit from the program. The month after my new smart meter went in my bill doubled from $300 to $600. In 2023 the bill for the same use in April and May were each under $100. Mass Save is when your neighbor gets a new heat pump for half of an overinflated price at my expense. I bet the input to the program is triple what is given back. Soooo I bet we paid 4.5 Million in to get 1.7 back in a completely unfair way. The program should not exist. It is one of the Reasons Healy refuses an audit.

The program is terrible and she needs to be investigated. The CEO OF EVERSOURCE MADE OVER $112 Million in salary last year. They had a banner revenue year.
