Holliston 300 Celebration Parade will be May 11, participants still needed

The Holliston 300 Celebration Parade Committee is planning “the best parade Holliston has seen in 300 years” to take place on Saturday, May 11, at 1 p.m., and organizers continue to seek people to be in the parade.
“At this time, we have a number of outside bands and other participants,” said Peter Barbieri, a member of the parade committee. “We are now focusing on participants from the Town of Holliston and surrounding towns.”
The deadline to register is April 15.
The parade will start at the intersection of Washington and Highland Streets, proceed 2.5 miles up Washington Street, through downtown, past Town Hall, and will finish at the intersection of Washington and High Streets. There will be rest, water, and health stations along the route. A viewing stand for judges and dignitaries will be set up at the Town Hall. The map can be found at bit.ly/Holliston300parademap
