After a two-year hiatus, Oktoberfest returns to Holliston Historical Society on Friday, Oct. 21, from 7 to 10 pm (doors open at 6:30 pm). The Society’s 1815 barn is the perfect venue for this festive occasion. 

Back, by popular demand, is the Double Eagle Oktoberfest Band whose musical energy will have people laughing, singing and dancing a polka before the evening is done. Have you ever played the Stumpf Fiddle? Come join us, and this just might be your opportunity to do so!

In addition to large, soft pretzels and your choice of beverages (wine, craft beers, soda or water) we serve a meal of premium knockwurst,  rye bread, German potato salad and red cabbage. Ken Onofrey from Crafted will give an overview of the specialty beers available at this event. After the meal, enjoy coffee, tea, and homemade apple crisp with whipped cream for dessert. Vegetarians can request Kasepatzle in place of knockwurst by notifying Beate Hait at 774-292-9098
